Under this option, listing equipment on Industrial Generators is free. You pay only when we bring you a buyer.
Program Details
- Free Listings – With your account approved, you can post as few or as many equipment listings as you like with no charge. You pay only when they sell.
- Free Renewals – Listings last 2 years and renew at no additional cost.
- Simplified Management – Our website helps your to easily manage and update your own listings.
- Live Metrics – Log in and see how many times your listings have been viewed.
- Legitimate Inquiries – We check incoming inquiries to remove spam and to make sure that you are only getting contacted by legitimate buyers.
Commission Rates
Industrial Generators Equipment Sale Commission Rate: 7.5%
Minimum charge, if a sale is completed: $250.00
Industrial Generators Equipment Rental Rate: 7.5%
Seller Responsibilities
- High Listing Standards – You agree to represent equipment ethically. Think the “Golden Rule” – list the equipment as if you were selling it to your mother or closest friend (with whom you are on great terms).
- Keep Us Informed – Let us know when your equipment sells. Then, once it sells, hold the equipment until Industrial Generators advises you that the payment has been received.
- Report The Equipment – Complete the Industrial Generators Equipment Inspection Report and send to Industrial Generators.
- Ship Quickly – Ship on-time or ahead of time.
Buyer Responsibilities
- Show Us The Money – Once the buyer has agreed with the seller on a price, they forward payment to Industrial Generators to be held in escrow, until the equipment arrives and they inspect it.
- Pay For Shipping – The buyer is responsible for the cost of freight.
- Unload Equipment – The buyer is responsible for unloading equipment on arrival.
- Inspect Equipment – The buyer is responsible for inspecting the equipment and then documenting the inspection by completing the Industrial Generators Inspection Report. They then send the report on to us for review.
- Give Us The “Green Light” – The buyer then lets Industrial Generators know that the equipment is acceptable. On confirmation, we forward the agreed amount on to the Seller, less our commission.
- Report Problems – If equipment is not acceptable, the buyer is responsible for reporting any differences and detailing the specific differences against what was represented by the Seller on the Industrial Generator’s Inspection Report.
Industrial Generators Dispute Settlement
Industrial Generators dispute settlement costs are the responsibility of the Seller. Our rates are $650.00 per day, plus air fare where applicable.
If Seller misrepresents equipment, Seller is liable for all dispute settlement costs.
If Seller did not misrepresent the equipment, Buyer is liable for all dispute settlement costs.
